Christa L. Duncan began her career in 2015, opening her own practice straight out of massage school. While building a successful general massage business, she discovered her true passion in sports massage—where hands-on therapy meets biomechanics and performance.
Her work with elite track and field athletes at Campbell University reignited that calling, allowing her to analyze movement patterns, uncover root causes of pain, and support peak performance. She has traveled with athletes to NCAA Regionals and Nationals (3x), the USA Championship Trials in 2023, and the Jamaican Olympic Trials in 2024.
Now working with East Carolina University’s track and field teams and professional athletes, Christa’s approach goes beyond symptom relief. She focuses on understanding the whole body, addressing the source of dysfunction, and supporting long-term healing and performance.
In addition to her clinical work, Christa is an instructor with CrossFunction Sports Massage Academy, the nation’s leading sports massage program. Whether working with elite athletes or individuals managing chronic pain, her mission is the same: to listen deeply, move with intention, and help clients return to the activities they love with strength and confidence.
